Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bloom is a visual schedule and feelings board app designed to help children with communication needs understand their daily routine and express their emotions. The App is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and carers to create visual schedules and manage profiles for their children.

Not a Medical Device

Bloom is a communication support tool. It is not a medical device, therapeutic service, or substitute for professional advice from speech and language therapists, psychologists, or other healthcare providers. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals for your child's specific needs.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you create within the App, including profile information, schedules, and AI-generated images. You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose of supporting children's communication and daily routines.

Subscriptions

Bloom offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features including AI image generation. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

AI Image Generation

The AI image generation feature creates images based on text descriptions you provide. Generated images are intended for use as visual schedule symbols within the App. You may not use this feature to generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to this feature at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Mulberry Symbols included in the App are used under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 licence and are copyright Steve Lee / Mulberry Symbols.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
