- Where is my data stored?
- All your data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never see or store it on our servers.
- How do I set up a visual schedule?
- From the Setup screen, tap a profile tile, then use the schedule builder to add activities for each day. Choose from 3,400+ Mulberry symbols or generate custom images with AI.
- How do I restore my purchase?
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Can I use Bloom on iPad?
- Yes. Bloom has a native iPad layout with multi-column views and larger touch targets.
- Can I delete all my data?
- Yes. Go to Settings, or simply delete the app. All data is removed from your device immediately.
